I have a quick question.

I always get a lot of questions about how to handle the money so I'd like to go over a few of the basics.- Touching the MoneySometimes when people hear the kind of interest I pay they will get so excited about loaning me money that they want to hand me a big check right on the spot.

I do have one question, you mentioned getting your "first property" via a 1031 exchange.

If you are using a lawyer, reach out to him/her to ask these questions as you could get yourself in trouble and may have to send a new NTQ.Also, specify to the resident that you need to have money order/certified check in hand by the date or eviction is continuing.
