The ITC numbers, basically, provide in year one 30% ITC and the accelerated bonus depreciation deduction provides a roughly 70% equipment write-off. 

May be the program attached to his 5 hours to wealth book and "free bonuses".  

Have you looked into cost segregation studies, bonus depreciation, 179D, historical tax credits, etc.?

Bonus if someone from your area sets you up on here, but I'd want paperwork from my state as each can vary with their laws.

We have used W-2 income, to include bonuses, tax returns, etc. to buy a number of newer quality houses.

The exact amount of depreciation you get depends on the project specifics but as an example we just did one where with bonus depreciation investors would get a 40% write off year one from what they invested.

Again, I think overall the advice I give to all of my clients is that they should make purchase decisions on the market as it is, getting a bump in value as a result of large scale development should be a bonus. 

Small asbestos bill is a bonus for me.
