Hi there,I'm new to this great forum and I have a question regarding positive cash flow and duration of loan.I'm currently owning 2 SFR, 1 purchased with cash and second purchased with a 20% DP and I have a positive cash flow per portfolio and not per unit and by combining 2 rents I was able to cut the loan to 15 years.Was this a good decision from business point of view?

Maybe if you dormered one side of the room so that significantly more than 30 percent of the room was just a few inches under 7 feet, the town might cut you a huss?

MAGA will most likely throw off more government restrictions and further limit immigration that takes US jobs.The economy (jobs) has stumbled not died, and it will get back up--people just need to be able to eat until then.Most (but not all) people have some safety net, friends family, church efforts, etc...America can handle this.

In this critical time are we as live in landlords allowed to enforce a rule that roommates can't have friends come over and spend the night due to the corona virus and social distancing for your own and other roommates safety?
