Some have just never been "tenant trained".

I'm sure there are some who do out there--probably the ones who post here who also invest--but I haven't run across them out in the real world so far.I don't blame them--it's just not what most of them are trained to do.

I went through a bank owned home recently and I noticed the thermostat was set all the way on 90 so that was a good tip off that the system needed repair.
