I know of lenders who will finance multi-family properties in that value range, and look at the net income rather than your personal (or the brand new corporation) income.

It can tell a lot about the place.If the hotel had a "previous stigma" attached to it due to crime and/or bugs (variety of causes), then you will have to "re-brand" the hotel...

The house is 1500 sq ft and it has close to half an acre of property. everything is brand new and finished. brand new stove and rerigerator. new sink toilet and bathtub. would $350 a month be to low or would $850 a month be to high?
