I have put together some basic layout plans from (Mini Storage Outlet).Does anyone have recommendations of any architects that specialize in self storage planning?

It's basically down to the studs except I don't have to take out some of the walls.

I'm basically in the same situation.

I have been able to keep up with payments on the 0% card, but it's definitely a nice safety net in case you can't get your balance to zero in one month.

I originally grew up in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, but for the past two years, I have been working as a software developer in lower Manhattan.I have basically zero background in real estate, but I hope to learn a lot from this community -- enough for my wife and me to invest in one or more rental properties within the next two-to-three years that will give us a nicer return beyond our retirement mutual funds.

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

However now I plan to buy a property (basically to save on my rent and hopefully appreciation).I work in SLU and I have been looking properties in Queen Anne , Greenwood , Green lake , Ballard area.

Does anyone have any insight or tips, basically any advice!
