For the last couple months I have been diving deep into the overwhelming amount of information here on the BP website, as well as the videos on YouTube. 

I've tried to get up to speed by reading various books/articles and watching the BP videos. 

Kind of like playing a sport or a video game.

Besides the water damaged rooms floors looks does not bad and I have not noticed any structural damages.I also recorded a 6 min video walk-trough going through every room of the house.

I’ve been watching videos on it and just started reading.

I have been listening to podcasts and videos on YouTube nonstop over the last couple weeks and finally realized that I want to primarily do out of state investing, on top of getting into a new home every one or two years as well.

In addition he needs to watch the person sign on video to notarize the document and still receive the paper to seal the document. 

We found a local realtor with great reviews and metrics and had an acquaintance go tour properties with her and send pictures and videos of the properties.
