I'm disgusted I have the payment page on up my screen right now, and was ready to pull the trigger waiting for my son to show up with his credit card. living up  with the very expensive price and the lack of any real support, and not refunding hard earned money.

I currently live and work in Warwick RI, would really enjoy any opportunity to meet other investors from my region that I can learn from.

Now he's living across the street with my father in-law which causes turmoil.

One could just move to the ugliest home in santa clara, live there for 3-4 years, make it more beautiful and pocket that $500 PPSF diffs. 

If you don't understand an investment, you should not invest in it.I live in Georgetown and drive past this development almost daily.

When you have someone that essentially lives out of their bag, making it convenient for them makes it more convenient for them to stay than to pack their bag and try out the next one.    

The lease we have isn't really written to accommodate this scenario- It has lines for the "tenant" to sign, but of course the company who's paying for it won't actually be the tenant/won't be living there. 

The plan was to live there for a few years and then move when our family grew and hold onto the duplex, which is what we did. 

@Paul Sassin Where I live the towns only allow the owners of the property to be billed for water and sewer.
