So here we are in mid-July at this point and my wife and I are leaving for an 18 day trip to Europe.

I bought a few that I thought would fit on the 1st trip but those didn't work.This was more time$ spent than cost, which I would go with any day.

It's never an "everyone" or "all" is guilty of these charges, but the industry makes it extremely difficult to trust them when they make jokes like the joke that goes more/less like "take a look at all our yachts in the harbor and then someone asks where are the clients' yachts (ensue uncontrollable laughter)".

Much like planning a trip, mapping out a course, seeing where you might stop along the way.

If you were flipping them and the agent could get the round trip, I think you could find more interest.I don't know Detroit, but if you do and can find resources, it could be a good play.  

here is a picture of some of the stairs, they do look broken... but unfortunately they are. i have use the grip tape and it came up very quickly, i used the paint with the grit but that wore away in one winter (see right side of picture) and i currently have some rubber treads screwed down to a different set but the have warped and now they are a tripping hazard.  

This saves any late night or inconvenient trips, and also prevents some potential use of a locksmith possibly damaging my locks or doors.Hopefully this helps save some people time!  

@Jeremy Taggart Thanks for the input-  I definetely need to take a trip out there soon to check out the area. 

Does anyone own a yacht?

It is located 2 hours from my home and I don't want to make more than weekly trips to collect monies.
