I'm not sure how that could work with STRs.  

If this is an investment property, there are a few DSCR lenders that do not have a seasoning requirement at all to use the new appraised value as long as there is rehab work completed.

For simplicity, let's assume we can only build on one per year, so we would love to refinance all with some lender(s) to have more cash to work with.Can banks or lenders do combo-multi-state deals like that?

The high volume guys are working on very slim margins.
