It's probably worth enough money to pay for more Google AdWords, or some freelance social media people to get your word out.

@Max Tanenbaum, "Flip" is a word that is commonly understood to mean that you bought this property primarily to resell it.

Texas has a very large protection statute for your home, which would essentially shield your investment; in other words, if this person did sue you, and got a large judgement which you could not reasonably pay, you would declare bankruptcy and wipe the debt.Of course, if you truly believe a lawsuit is imminent and will be pursued, you should absolutely consult an attorney. 

In other words, tenant broke his lease.

I got an offer to purchase someone's home for what they owe on the loan or in other words assume there loan.

Also, it needs to show the buyer as the owner of record, so she can get into a payment plan with Wayne County for back taxes... this is what the tax department advised me.So how do I have her own it, but I still hold the deed until it is paid-off... like legally how do I word that... or who should I hire have draft this? 

I wanna fully understand how the contract is worded and what it all means exactly.
