We try to be the full service for the real estate investor/landlord as we handle closings (regular, wholesale, creative real estate deals), evictions, foreclosures, LLC formation, draft leases/contracts, tax redemption matters, etc.  

The people you sell those wholesale deals to are the Investors.You will become an Investor when you are able to use your Wholesaling proceeds to actually invest in something that also starts paying for itself. 

How many wholesale deals have you completed in the past?

I have been attending a meetup hosted by @Priscilla Z. and there are a number of wholesalers who attend. 

I mean its 2015, doesn't seem like their are many new individual wholesalers left, maybe that might be a good thing but what i don't know is, before i put the amount of time i am about to devote towards finding distressed houses, filing lease options, assigning contracts, etc... is there still business out there to be done.

What i was playing to do with the property is see if it's room to wholesale or flip..

But I would like to build one for wholesalers as well as individuals I market to that would like to sell there property and may just want more info about me and my company.
