Sean Terry interviewed him on his podcast #64, a very thorough discussion of his method which revolves around marketing to landlords  (a very saturated group nowadays).Anson Young talks about it in his bp podcast and Rob Swanson has a course on it that I haven't seen but he's interviewed by JP Moses on Moses' website

It's easy to see the current Maket Value as opposed to the current Assessed Value which takes any exemptions, and the 3% cap in annual increases for Homestead properties, into account, on the property appraisers website.

Most only show partial information and you have to go physically to the court house (or hire someone) to get the rest of the info and print out pages if necessary,  If you cannot find it on the website call the offices.
