How can someone find a commercial retail agent that is motivated that actually will do more than just posting the listing on web sites and hope that the leads will come in? 

Also, be sure to list your business on the web and include your total business experience in your profiles.

A lot of states have a property tax assessors web sites where you can put in the address and it will give you the tax information.

But they're not always published on their web site and there are sometimes delays in them getting the data out.
