I am a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.

I started my real estate career in much the same way- started as an investor and wanted to learn more about the industry- After 15 years with a traditional bricks and mortar brokerage that took a high split in order to pay for all the real estate offices where they conducted live training, sales meetings, etc, I moved to a virtual brokerage 5 years ago and not only have 24/7 access to more training & meetings that I can absorb, but am also making much more in commissions and other alternate compensation while being able to scale my business across all 50 states and overseas- A great option for professionals who want to run their own business without a lot of hand-holding & broker expectations for sitting desk duty, mandatory fees, etc.

Of course I am taking a risk, but it's much easier to make a judgment call when you personally meet someone several times a week - vs a virtual assistant you may never meet in person.The relationship is short term anyway, so they are not worried about getting fired, they typically live in another country.

Also, what if your virtual assistant/boots on the ground guy whateve, doesnt show up?

Im currently working towards my license in CA but in the mean time I work as a Virtual Assistant for a group of investors in another state.

Hi everyone I have a question, I'm a virtual assistant and I want to focus on real estate investing as the industry.

The idea of be of becoming a local personal/virtual assistant crossed my mind.

This is terrible especially if you can get ~5% with no effort and virtually no risk from either money market or CD. 

How can they not when there is virtually no beach area that is not already high end.I think West Chula Vista is almost cannot miss, but IB is more traditional beach.If they can fix the water runoff issues, the prices would rise immediately.Good luck
