Many, if not most, "public" MLS type sites will pull the total square feet.

Make sure you conduct a credit check, criminal background check, and employment verification.

You guys are hittin' it out of the park with all the great content you are providing us, not only with the BiggerPockets site, but, also the great interviews and valuable information being provided through the podcasts.

I am trying to find a good skip tracing site, all of them don't seem to be updated in the past 6 months however.

I found this site after googling Hard Money loans and found this place to be a wealth of information.

:) Self-managing is all new to me, although I've heard many experienced out of state landlords recommend this with the easy systems of online portals, sites like homeadvisor.com, etc.
