“the preparation of legal instruments and contracts by which legal rights are secured” is clearly an overly broad generalization, as that would literally include simple documents such as a Tenant Lease or a Note bearing Interest.Most FSBO sales occur w/o agents and are effected with an Offer To Purchase from unknown sources.A contractor creates BIDS for work and once accepted & signed, become contracts with a percentage deposit.Commerce per se would be brought to a standstill if the above assertion were true and we have sufficient impediments already.While @Dion DePaoli has an interesting background and kindly cites specific codes, he too is not practicing Law, so as many have suggested, seek professional Legal Counsel.

So I don't.Right now, I have two cars in storage, I can't bring myself to spend the money on them at the moment for some reason, which is especially annoying as one of them I've owned for 24 years, even exported to the US, spent a vast (vast for a VW) amount of money on it ten years ago, and it's done barely 1500 miles since its rebuild.Yet I can spend money on a tool for the business in an instant.

I also collect some preliminary info at that time and answer questions.You do need to take some info at the open house so you can associate the individuals with their application.The plus to this is by them having to take a application, fill it out and return it the vast majority simply throw them away saving you a lot of time in screening.
