My name is Courtney and I'm 21 years old. I currently just starting to research real estate! I have yet to make any investments as I am still researching general investing and am still trying to figure out what market I would thrive in. I'd love to hear how everyone has started up in real estate as it might help me figure out how to take the first step!

Welcome Courney. @Alan Brown is right on, Bozeman is an equity market, (but don't go negative cashflow betting on equity in my opinion, find deal that is cashflow positive).
