There are a lot of experienced investors that have a pretty high frustration level with the site. 

As far as frequency goes that's an individual thing measured by your level of sophisticationa and knowledge. 

If you are investing from California, I would stay away from the fixer upper properties that needs a lot of work. 

Point-being, it's not uncommon to see movement in interest rates level-off heading into these longer weekends.
