The tax credit is part of the equation of course but that's not unique to solar as every form of energy is heavily subsidized.

Also there isn't going to be a trade secret in your math if you are looking at rental properties that a realtor could steal, same with flips, but flips are more unique every time.

Systems are important for scale, but your needs and expectations are unique to you.

Each county, township & community sets its own unique STR laws, rules, regulations, fees & tax rates.After the Supreme Court ruling, each county, township & HOA is now busy creating their own STR laws, rules & regulations.
