Maybe some sort of lease to own?

Looking for contractors for bids, and a valuation 'as is' I'm a licensed agent, but I don't have access to the MLS in Hastings where I would typically could pull some of the information on comps etc. 

Typically in a market like Memphis your monthly mortgage would be less than rent you would pay for the same place.

Denton County is usually their stretch area and I typically go local on trade work.

Replace the roof, fix carport posts, replace screens, that sort of thing.

Typically, the tenants are responsible for the utilities.

They are typically chrome colored and can be installed on any faucet.

Those are typically what give you a 'tax loss', even though you are cash flow neutral or positive. 

That's enough for a down payment, and some working capital for a basic flip in this area, like a typical Huber house.

I'm not looking for a typical job due to my actual work schedule/demands.
