I'm looking for someone that is the Hastings, Nebraska area. I have a house out there that we are deciding to remodel, flip, rent, demolish and rebuild or just sell. My expertise is in the Omaha market so I don't have a ton of contacts in Hastings yet. Anyone know, contractors, owners, etc that I could speak with?
