What are the ins and outs taking title to a buy and hold in a Land Trust?

Either way, I would have a licensed title agent handle the closing and file the Deed of Trust/Mortgage (depending upon the state).

(We use mytasker) but otherwise... horrible things can happen in life and at some point you must accept that you have to trust people.

For me it such a difference that I won't put my money in WA until I have proven to myself I can scale and become hands-off in Idaho.4) Trust your numbers! 

I’ve heard of several setups: LLC’s within a Wyoming-based holding LLC, LLC in a land trust, etc.

You could look into private money, but to be honest, I wouldn't trust a lender willing to lend on the middle of a sandwich lease option because they're likely either predatory or inexperienced.

I’m looking for somebody who has done similar to help connect me with a good team that I can trust.
