Most of my homes are maintained by the Tenants for "ordinary" landscaping and then I hire someone to do work that requires special skills or tools (e.g. pruning a tree).

(assuming the repairs, texture, and paint are all done by the same crew)Repairs like 1) drywall patches + texturing, 2) repairing cracks and drywall joints + texturing, 3) scraping off bad, flaky paint, 4) washing and/or degreasing surfaces that need it, 5) filling holes or divots, and 6) even trimming back any plants or tree limbs touching the house area to be painted?

He already bought some trees and wants to start planting them on the “new” property line tomorrow.

I haven't used them, but I'm hearing over and over from different sources that Easy Storage Solutions (https://www.storageunitsoftware.com/) works well for smaller facilities. 

Just want to be surrounded by mature trees, if possible, and have fairly easy access to the Swamp Rabbit trail to bike to town for libraries, classes, and events.

I honestly don’t think they’ll pay, they are also self employed with a tree business so can they even garnish their wages?

Challenges that we already know about are:- Since my great grandfather passed in 1995 the land has not been farmed and has since grown up so it is wooded but not with pretty trees and would likely need to be cleared. - Economics in Dalton GA have been depressed for some time.

Is this something that can be treated with bleach and water solution?
