I’ve accumulated a little bit of knowledge about the industry.

I can prove that I worked in the industry for the past 2 yearsI make around 50k a yearMy primary residence is worth around a 225kI owe around $115 at 6% my current payment is $940My credit score is about 750 I have 20k in cash I have a $500 truck payment Outside of this I do not have any debt.

I work in the manufactured home/off site construction industry in sales.

Outside of RE, I am a WFH professional working in the Fintech industry, avid traveler and foodie.

Been in real estate for almost 1 year and working with several investors I was fascinated by the entire process and have mad respect for people in this industry for their drive, knowledge and persistence.

Most sellers in the mobile home industry that are doing some sort of financing are electing to use a lease option strategy instead of a traditional financing.

I have some background on her occupation in the service industry.

It's more of a business in the real estate industry that it is investing (technically).

For those who trust the more mainstream career paths offered in industry to take them to a good place, I'd caution that it doesn't often work out that way for many.Hopefully you find this helpful, Daniel!
