Beware that some of the cards you'll get can't be turned into cash without crazy cash advance fees and the ones that you can convert are thru balance transfer checks that typically cost 3% to convert.So as of now my thoughts are that yes it can get you cash but just be aware that the total amount of credit you get will not be the amount you can truly use and the fee for this was $8,995.00 which they grabbed as soon as we had the 50k guarantee!

~ $450 for a bobcat & operator to transfer the dirt from the delivery trucks and into the pool (we were going to just rent the bobcat but found a guy on Craigslist who owned one and was willing to also do the driving of it for about the same price as it would have cost to just rent the bobcat by itself)~ $100 to rent a tamping rammer to compact the dirt So, in total, about $2600.

Now, if the tenants are depositing rent in BOA, and I am in the process of paying off PNC HELOC, I have to wait till the money becomes available at BOA, then transfer it to PNC Checking, and then pay HELOC once it becomes available there.
