Best Online Rent Payment

Hi All,

I was wondering what everyone is using for online rent payment collection? I have gone through the BP forums and found a list of good online rent payment systems, but I wanted to see if anyone had feedback (good or bad) on what they are using. I am looking for something cost effective too.

I used to use Dwolla and then SparkRent before that but they have both shut down. THANKS in advance!

Hi @Johann Jells -- Jordann from Cozy support here! Thanks for the +1 :)

Just as a note, Cozy doesn't hold payments or make any money off "floating" a customer's funds. However, Cozy has four revenue streams today:

1. Credit reports

2. Background checks

3. A 2.75% fee for any payments with cards

4. Express Payout subscriptions for landlords, which are $2.99/mo per unit.

I hope that helps clarify a bit, and explains why we're able to offer the core tools for free!
