In this market will we not get our asking price as developers are in a "wait and see" pattern?

Foundation issues can occur in any area, but some areas may be more prone to them than others due to soil type, weather patterns, and other factors.

So we don't know if these are on-site quotes, or just phone estimates.In trying to be as cost conscience as possible, I look for the referral from a friend that drives a beat up pick up truck and may look a little scary... but dang he can lay tile, or whatever.  

Nobody mentioned that flooring; it looks like 9x9 asbestos tile ...

Did you have the panel/tiles in between as well?  

I have came in contact with an incredible super affordable mom and pop crew that does it all from cabinets, to refinishing, countertops, tile and back splash for the price every flipper needs.

I am no expert here but here's what (I think) I know :) She's also right that a lot of developers are in a holding pattern because no one knows what the final zoning changes will be.

The listing states that it has new roof, new plumbing, new electrical, new HVAC, new windows, new tile flooring throughout, new kitchen, new paint, new siding.
