A buddy and I built software that helps RE pros find and close more off-market properties through real-time, custom intent signals like probates, pre-foreclosures, code violations, and eviction notices.

Basically I’m trying to figure out a surefire way to tell, if I buy a turnkey triplex through fha will the numbers align right to pay down the debt created as well as pay my own rent completely or partially.

Navigating through the se of options, I would recommend asking people you know who have experience in whatever it is you are trying to do for their referrals, cross checking what they say with any online reviews, and coming to your own conclusion after speaking to them yourself.

Please make sure you are working with an investor friendly realtor who can guide you through the inspection report and how to mitigate what to negotiate and what you can repair after purchase.

STR is a great model and Sacramento has been very stable through the economic turbulence.
