Most of the passive deals coming out of there memberships seem to me to pay better yields that a lot of other syndications.They also provide training and mentoring in purchasing your own if your interested.

@Ken Breeze Yeah i looked into meetups for my area they want a $450/yr Membership fee, otherwise if you want to attend a meeting as a non member its $50 a meeting. and they meet once a month.

We told the seller right away that they needed to instruct the maintenance man to dispose of the stock of extra outlets immediately and then asked the seller to survey every outlet and switch on the property (nearly 300 units) and replace any copper ones that they discovered.
