Just know what you're getting into and that you might be on call randomly but it hardly happens. 90% of the job can be taken care of with software: pricing, guest messaging, social media posts, etc. to be successful.

By the way when I went to paint the outside of a property that I own built in 1881 I found out if I wanted to change colors I had to submit a application with the PMS color number of the paint that I wanted to use.

We usually file our income taxes using Turbo Tax software, and we did see a good amount of tax refund with these properties...basically we'are able to get all the tax back except the withhold for social security and medicare.

Let me put this into perspective…..Suppose you have a short sale listing and an offer of $150,000 on your client’s principal residence…(then I gave examples showing Realtors losing sales when another was submitted and a non-short sale example with an accepted offer being cancelled when a higher one was available)•I know there have been a few agents charged with fraud for facilitating these types of transactions but it seems like it is still largely ignored.oThe first case that comes to mind is the Connecticut one where there was found to be fraud committed.

My question is once this document is drafted does it just need to remain on file or does it also need to be submitted to the secretary of state along with the Initial Report and Articles of Organization.I'm located in Louisiana and will be Organizing a Louisiana LLC.
