After that there is no one stopping you.You can also try to do  a investment 203k but you will have to put down minimum 15% and then you can sell with no limitations.They will not allow you to do work.

I found I was doing as much work for a small fee as a transaction so I stopped doing those requests and work on the full transactions only where I get my full commission.

I am a huge fan of the BP podcasts; I've been told to stop quoting things I've learned from them - I suppose out of context to the non-investor it's not really that interesting, but I think they are great!
