It has taken me about 3 years to get here from when I first started working with an appraiser in KC.First, I want to say that even though I was a Realtor for 3 years before starting, appraiser training is HARD and has a steep learning curve.

(IT TAKES SOMME TRAINING FOR THE PAPERWORK. 

Go into work (a private office not open to the public) to do things like clean, organize, remodel our office, take on-line classes to catch up on training, bid jobs, network, etc?

Next, one of you is unhappy with the arrangement, location, train every night at 2 am, no pay, whatever.

But that is also why brokerages like Keller Williams who have carved out a niche as being the best training company in the industry is not cheap.

Who can recommend excellent books, and education/training courses on anything and everything real estate investing?

We do not know it all but from yearly recurrent training we learn a lot.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

And will COVID19 stall it?
