I really wanted to be on a team from the beginning to learn the ropes and have people I could meet with in person.Now I am not sure if I want to stay with eXp and be a single agent ( I am confident in the training but who do I call for simple questions, or chat with about random real estate going ons, etc?)

What about a really nice box with weather proofing or a tarp.Or give people a machetee, flint, steel and a bag of rice and sell it as the Survivor Experience or Survivor training camp.

Which may mean little...it is more important to know the person's background, education and training.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

They seem to have a huge support system and training, at least here in Utah.  

Try to find one that works with the specialties that you need now and in the future, I.E. are you and investor, work with highly experienced loan officers that specialize in that type of loan and have all the tools in their belt to provide you.
