Having a long-term lease at mid-term rates and not having to worry about keeping it booked, cleaned, or maintained sounds good.

It sounds like he wholesaled for most of the capital to get started and buy a few properties.

I have not heard about this, but it sounds to me like a very expensive way of going if your looking for tax advisory.
