Once again, horrible use of logic...I could give my son the middle name of "Spiderman" if I wanted...but that doesn't make him a superhero...Do I really need to explain that middle names are made up by the parents (generally) and are (generally) not reflective of the beliefs of child (or the adult the child becomes)?

-MattYou should try to do the 10 conventional loans first because the money is cheaper, but with portfolio/commercial rates in the mid 4's and 5's on a 30 year fixed for a 1-4 unit property, I see more people just foregoing the hassle of income verification, particularly since CovidStephanie 

Thankfully ours was only our son.  

The only thing is, i got told by the neighbors that the owner left on bad terms and let his son go in with a sledge hammer and hit some of the walls
