I was thinking about offering access to my YouTube.tv account in the service exchange as a catalyst.

We have been pretty unhappy with their services for the entire time we've been working with them, but they do the bare minimum- they found a tenant, we get paid every month and a statement in the mail.

Maybe if we look at if someone that have bid against any of the other service like Redfin or Opendoor can give us some insight on how aggressive they are when buying value-add property. 

HOWEVER, you must have ZERO timeline for closing on a house, below expectations for customer service and competency, and definitely do NOT think that they will approve you for mortgage amount even close to the value you could get otherwise. 

MFHs may do the trick even faster and provide many other pros including less volatility on the ability to service  debt, etc.  

Can someone please tell me the service they use for EDDM ?.

Since I am not experienced in real estate, I have dozens of questions about filling out the application and no agent or customer service representatives I can turn to.

Venmo seems to be popular, but their terms of service state that it’s not for business use - so that could become a problem at some point, holding up money.

also, would appreciate insight on reasonable pricing for this type of service - we are new to investing.
