My plan is to move, carry both mortgages, put about $10-15K into my current property over the next month or two, and then sell it.

If there are other owners then the LLC sells and buys and you’re all good. 

@Leslie Pappas he just wants to sell it and go he doesnt want to reinvest into another property.

I do not think it will work as a rental property because of this, so I am thinking about selling it.

(And, beware of promoters that are selling captive insurance as a tax-shelter; not saying that they none of them provide the purported tax benefits - just that you need a captive insurance tax expert help you make informed choices.)

B buy a building with your credit, get a mixed use approved. don't improve 7000 sq ft as a tenant. all the rich guys are owning real estate. negotiate with yourself market rent and multiple tenants. occupy less than 25%. look at land. don't do this. 7300 sq ft is crazy to build out for a dental practice. get a few other dentists to split the cost with you and do a sale leaseback, you can probably sell the building and roll the business up to a private reit attach real estate to it. 

I have found an off market property from someone that we were referred to by word of mouth who is selling a lot in the North Carolina mountains, the lot is a little over half an acre.

I have a lead on a property that my uncle is considering selling.
