I know the laws are a pain in the city but part of it is to learn more about running STR's so I can buy them elsewhere.Anyways, I looked up predictions on AirDNA and also what AirBnB suggests for a price and they recommend $90 a night with a 60% occupancy.

I see no problem with Middle Easterners, but it also appears there are several large complexes that are housing the Middle Easterners and since their is an abundance of vacant land in the Columbus area the increase in population does not always result in increased property prices.Again, I am positive there are great opportunities, but I am not going to bother to try to seek them out because even though property prices are higher in California you will find that California still has the most and best opportunities.California is better than Columbus due to the high-income opportunities, high increase in property values and the high abundance of recreational activities.

If they're building custom homes there's a major pain-in-the-*** factor that they need to account for, and if customer's are paying the price, then that's market value.

If you don’t and walk away, the contract likely also says you will forfeit the earnest money.Always read your contract and/or seek legal counsel to understand your obligations.
