I don't want to do cash, found a loan for 25% down, 10 years at about 7% interest.Owner owns it free and clear, I can ask If he wants to finance.

You would have to pretty much get a property for free in order to qualify.I have submitted two properties to their underwriters, and both were rejected because of last minute requirements that changed the lending criteria.I paid $2,000 (one year's worth) in order to be able to receive funding.

Hi Mario, for now you can do that.LA is currently reviewing how their policy will be in terms of regulating Airbnb....until then you are free to use rental units for your Airbnb.That may change though, so please be aware.
