I have a meeting scheduled with "special agent" investigating complaint - anything I definitely should or should not do during this meeting?

Current word on the street is major plant closings are scheduled up-n-down the Hudson Valley. 

My LTV and DCR numbers are excellent with the repositioning deals we have been working on, they all cash flow really well and I notice on a 20 year amortization schedule, we are paying our loan down significantly.  

I also have a manilla folder for each mortgage with an amortization schedule so I can easily look up how much of the payment goes to principal each month. 

There are several posts here on BP that will enlighten you on strategies you can use to pay down that mortgage ahead of schedule [more aggressively] if you like.

It's called the schedule E if they file as a business.

I have also requested the appropriate schedule from the owner's tax return to see what they report for income and expenses if they don't have financials.

Patrick, I would add gross income must be at least 3 times the rent Amount.My only concern is you might be scaring everyone off even if they do qualify.I just schedule open houses and have everyone show up at same time so I am not waiting for people who don't show up. 

But the point is, you're not really going to know how much a new roof will cost, even if you schedule to the minute when you'll need one.

Where she was having issues was "saving" enough to make the payment... so we worked out a schedule for the next 52 weeks to pay 'every other' week half of the rent (there are a couple of "skips" in here if you sit down with a calendar) when she gets paid.
