You may have to find new ways or expend more energy or keep your attention on these properties over time patiently to come up with an answer/method, and from personal experience, people can sometimes be slow to respond if you have sent a letter etc.Keep trying and thinking outside the box and you will find a way!!

I just accept them.. although I really do appreciate the one's that come with nice notes... and I respond with a nice note back on each of those... the one's with no message I just click it.. not sure what that does for the person that is requesting to be a Colleague...

We were working on a lease for a new tenant and a different property and I took this opportunity to put in careful wording that requests for repairs will be responded to within 24 hours during normal business hours, except in the event of an emergency.
