It's been a very rewarding journey for me and I hope it will be for you as well.

After reading some blogs and posts on BP's  on what to expect with these cheaper homes, I decided to put these high risk, high reward opportunities on hold until I have more experience and cash reserves to take such a risk.  

I like SFR and am trying my hand at finding MF.Section 8 as I have read from others seem to have it's own set of issues/rewards.

I believe the courts will not treat this case as a normal case, due to the tenants not moving in and will thus reward the landlord one months rent.If they had actually moved in. 

If you are interested in a great return, why not buy performing notes, instead of worrying about the underwriting process, and reap the rewards of someone else who has gone through the two-year leaning curve?

Buying a house at the auction can be a high risk, but the reward can be extremely high as well.

We are new real estate investing and flipping homes.I myself am no stranger to rehabbing homes since I grew up with it and worked in the construction industry for 12 years.From hear we are hoping to learn and get started with a new career shift that is much more rewarding. 

There is a fellowship that is rewarding. 

Start with low risk, low reward deals and get some knowledge to be able to judge which risks are more likely to pay off in the future.
