Issue one: There are no wireless body cams that could record continuously long enough to be of any value.

It won’t include single family obviously but you can browse the tax records to see how many houses have different mailing addresses than the property address.

You will need to provide 2yrs of tax records showing them you are good to borrow too. 

Within an LLC or outside an LLC but keep in mind that an LLC requires meetings, records, compliance,etc, etc. 

You could export in monthly or annually some you can quickly pull up or archive reports for you records.  

-Seller’s agent- Has listed a lot as commercial, however, in official records it’s half agricultural and half commercial.
