I ordered a report from the Riverside County Assessors office, but the report comes in the mail and I am not sure I will receive it before the end of the auction.

Frank Guzman without seeing the documents it seems you have legal recourse that could be done.

Unless she is in college right now on ROTC or at the Af Academy already and then she will receive orders to active duty once she finishes college.....in which case, how do you already know where she will be stationed?

Make sure to document everything.

@David Acevedo would the end user receiving the message need to have an app installed on their phone in order to receive the message? 

I don't think she even bothered to draw up legal documents with these tenants, but we are working on getting that confirmed with her agent.

I realized the same leads I received were also given to 2-3 other agents and by the time I called the leads they were so tired of getting calls from random agents on a daily basis.

My girlfriend, Amanda, or "Mandy", thought it was a good idea to document this adventure on her Blog.
