Is that like texting or email?

I would like to put together a formal and professional email to send to my tenants as a point of guidance and support to them and also give show them resources they have regarding COVID19.

I'd send them an email stating that "I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOU OR YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I find this trend very disturbing.Below email arrived in my inbox from one of my Property Mgmt's companies (WA state), and I know that I will get the identical emails from other states.

I don't think email/text is valid enough. 

My agent got an email from another real estate agent mentioning that he has a person interested in renting the house.

Send an email copying ALL parties (realtors, broker, sellers, title company) indicating you are exercising your right to back out due to inspection contingency.

There was almost an email today that I received from protitle which was noting which counties have closed recording offices. 

And had well over a thousand people view the ad on just that one site (unknown how many viewed it on Trulia or Hotpads but I got calls/emails from both those sites too).

I reached out to the seller via email with some very basic questions about the property and told him that if things look right, I would be happy to make a cash offer, albeit that I would not be able to offer the full asking price of 95k.
