@Bob Okenwa the price is 210,000$ I just spoke to the broker it’s all section 8 tenants I don’t know much about section 8 tenants but I was wondering how would it be to raise rent on a 1 bd unit from 950$ will that be approved?

To scale up to achieve my goals I thought aligning with a RE fund would be ideal.

go to nationwide there cheap and did not pull my credit. most of the time a low score means debt maybe you want to raise it up to a 580 an you will be able to get a fha loan with 3.5% down payment
