@Daniel Joseph - Personally I have properties in the Parma & but I keep looking in parma, parma heights, North Royalton, Rocky River, & Medina areas for opportunities, all of these suburbs have good schools, reasonable crime rates, realistic pricing & are desirable for quality tenants.
