The housing market in OKC is poised for continued growth and stability. 

I am currently an Engineer that makes about $70k but my true passion is real estate as I have a few real estate investments and knowledge on market trends.

I don't doubt that it is true for some people, but I think sometimes people just repeat it because that's what's in their head, without actually tracking it.I think part of it is market dependent as well. 

I struggled with pricing the rent because my house is furnished and newly renovated with all new appliances, but it's shared space.Since this is the first time we are experimenting renting by rooms, we are not familiar with the market.

We are wanting to find investors who would like to enter the Moscow real estate market with a partnership in a business model that has worked for over 4 yrs. 

This is a "C" market about 60 miles away from an "A" market.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.
