Are they going to ask you to pre-release it once you deposit it and "claim" they didn't know it had to be separate?

A professional RE investor once told me, when it comes to purchasing investment properties, to never take ownership of anything unless it's rented, leased, or sold.

Before hearing/researching this angle, I was pretty gung-ho on accomplishing/refining the wholesaling technique in investing before others.If I plan to be trained and sponsored by the Keller Williams firm, should I realistically  give up hopes on developing proficient wholesaling skills?

The last recommendation would be to have your clients pre-qualified for a loan before putting energy into someone that does not qualify yet.Good Luck!
